How to track your package?

    According to your address information, we will choose the best express service for you to get a fast delivery. Usually you can get the tracking number 2-4 days after you finish your payment. Then you can follow the progress of the shipped packages in real time on these websides. If you found it isn't available on one webside, just try another one. If you can't get your track number or can't get any tracking information on these websides, please contact us.

    When it can be shipped?

      Rest assured that on our working days, we will finish the shipment of your package within 2 working days (except for holidays and unexpected situations) after your payment.

      Why didn't I receive the lubricating oil or loctite?

      Due to limitation and strict regulations for liquids shipping, the package you receive may not include lubricating oil and Loctite glue, which is not intentional, but for the result of international logistics regulations on transportation for liquids.

      Delivery Date

        Different countries and regions have different logistics situations, following is the delivery time of different regions, calculated from the moment you finish the payment. And it will delay in case of holidays.
        Unite States: 7-18 weekday
        Europe: 15-25 weekday
        Canada: 20-25 weekday
        Australia: 20-25 weekday

        Note that this is the expected date and we do not guarantee the logistics time.

        Customs Issues

          Please note that once your package is return due to the customs policy of your country, we will take the blade and the handles apart and it will become 2 items, therefore it may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

            We have purchased express insurance for each package, we take full responsibility if it's our mistake causing it get lost during shippment.
